Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-09-10
This policy applies to everyone using Zetra, including the agents you build and the content you connect to them. Violating this policy can result in suspension or termination of your account under our Terms of Service.
You may not use the Service to
- Break the law, or help someone else break the law.
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative, including of minors.
- Impersonate a real person or organization in a way intended to deceive.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, credentials, or agents, or probe, scan, or test the platform's security without our prior written permission.
- Send spam, or use the platform's outbound channels (WhatsApp, webhooks, email) to send unsolicited bulk messages.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell access to the Service without our permission.
- Upload malware, or content designed to disrupt or damage systems the Service or its users interact with.
- Use the Service to generate content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights.
- Knowingly overload shared infrastructure — for example, deliberately trying to exhaust rate limits or trigger excessive AI API usage on someone else's behalf.
Your agents and their end users
You're responsible for how you configure and present agents you deploy, including making clear to end users that they're talking to an AI agent where that's legally required, and for how you handle any personal data your agent collects (for example, through a lead-capture form).
Reporting a violation
If you believe someone is violating this policy, email [email protected] with details.
