Frequently asked questions
What is a message credit?+
One credit is charged for each AI response, scaled by the model that answers: fast models (like GPT-4o mini or Claude Haiku) cost 1 credit, mid-tier models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet) cost 2, and flagship models cost up to 5. Credits reset every 30 days.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Your agent pauses answering until the next period, or you can buy an extra credit pack instantly — purchased credits never expire and are only used once your plan's monthly credits run out.
Can I change plans any time?+
Yes. A plan change takes effect immediately: the new plan is charged from that day and the old one stops renewing. To downgrade, your workspace must fit within the new plan's agent and seat limits.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial?+
Yes. Your first paid subscription can start with a 7-day free trial (a card is required: we make a small card check that is refunded straight away, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends). The Free plan also has no time limit, so you can evaluate the product with your own data. Subscriptions can be cancelled from Billing at any time and stay active until the end of the period.
How much do I save by paying yearly?+
Paying yearly is 20% cheaper than twelve monthly payments. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the Billing page.
What do the add-ons do?+
Extra credits ($30 per 1,000), additional agents ($19/month each) and removing the “Powered by Zetra” badge ($69/month) can be added to any paid plan from the Billing page.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?+
Yes — unlimited agents and seats, SSO, audit logs, white-labeling and custom terms. Contact us and we'll scope it with you.
