Frequently asked questions
What is a message credit?+
One credit is charged for each AI response, scaled by the model that answers: fast models (like GPT-4o mini or Claude Haiku) cost 1 credit, mid-tier models (GPT-4o, Claude Sonnet) cost 2, and flagship models cost up to 5. Credits reset every 30 days.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
Your agent pauses answering until the next period, or you can buy an extra credit pack instantly — purchased credits never expire and are only used once your plan's monthly credits run out.
Can I change plans any time?+
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe. To downgrade, your workspace must fit within the new plan's agent and seat limits.
Do you offer refunds or a free trial?+
The Free plan has no time limit, so you can evaluate the product with your own data before paying. Subscriptions can be cancelled from Billing at any time and stay active until the end of the period.
What do the add-ons do?+
Extra credits ($40 per 1,000), additional agents ($25/month each) and removing the “Powered by Zetra” badge ($99/month) can be added to any paid plan from the Billing page.
Do you offer Enterprise plans?+
Yes — unlimited agents and seats, SSO, audit logs, white-labeling and custom terms. Contact us and we'll scope it with you.
