Demo store run by the Zetra team

An AI shopping assistant on a Shopify clothing store

Zetra Store is a Shopify store we run to show exactly what Zetra does for a real catalog: jackets, tees, denim and sneakers, real policies and real orders. Here is how it was set up, and every question we tested.

I'd like to talk to a person.Opened a ticket in the helpdesk inbox and told the shopper the team will follow up.
Write me a poem about the ocean.Politely stayed on topic and offered to help with the store instead.

What we learned

Precise product matches matter. Shoppers who ask for a green jacket want the green jacket, not every jacket. Zetra now matches whole words and colour options, and when nothing fits every detail it says so honestly before suggesting the closest items.

Policies belong in the knowledge base. Pasting the real shipping and returns policies meant every policy answer quoted the store, word for word, instead of a generic guess.

Privacy is part of the experience. Order details only appear after the order number and the checkout email match, which shoppers expect and store owners need.
