Only when a shopper gives both the order number and the email or phone used at checkout. Without both, the agent shares nothing.
Will it recommend products I don't sell?+
No. Product answers come from your live Shopify catalog, and when nothing matches it says so and suggests the closest items.
Does it work with my theme?+
Yes. The chat bubble is added with a Shopify theme app extension, so there's no code to paste and it works with Online Store 2.0 themes.
