Channels
Every place your agent talks to people: on your website, in messaging apps, by phone, and in your own apps.
Open your agent and click Channels to see them all. Each card shows Setup until the channel is configured, then Manage and a green Live badge. The book icon on each card opens its guide.
Chat bubble
A floating chat widget for any website, added with one script tag. Copy it from Channels → Chat bubble → Embed code or the Deploy button at the top of any agent page. The same card also gives you an iFrame code, which shows the chat window inline in a box on your page instead of as a floating bubble. The look (theme, colours, icon, position, welcome message) comes from the Playground's Display settings. Restrict which domains may show it under Settings → Security. Step-by-step guides for WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Bubble, Weebly and Vercel are in Integrations.
Visibility on this page turns the widget off everywhere at once. Turning it off asks you to confirm, and you can undo it from the message that follows.
Help page
A hosted, full-page chat with its own link, for a "Contact us" button, a support email, or a QR code, when embedding a bubble isn't the right fit. Open it from Channels → Help page or Deploy → Help page.
Center Stage
A full-focus chat that opens in the centre of your site rather than in a corner, for in-context help moments, such as a "Need help?" button in the middle of a checkout. Add it with its own script tag from Channels → Center Stage.
Turns customer emails into Helpdesk tickets with AI-drafted replies your team reviews and sends. See the Email guide.
Shopify
Adds the chat bubble to your Shopify storefront; connect the Shopify integration too and the agent can look up orders and products. See the Shopify guide.
Phone
Your agent answers real inbound calls on a Twilio number, or on a number you already own. See Twilio (phone) and SIP trunk and existing numbers. Phone is in beta and needs a Standard plan or above.
Connect a WhatsApp number through Twilio and the agent answers customers there, with the same instructions, data sources and guardrails. Reach people outside the 24-hour window with approved templates. See WhatsApp and WhatsApp templates.
Messenger and Instagram
Connect a Facebook Page or an Instagram professional account and the agent answers direct messages, with human takeover. See Messenger and Instagram.
Zendesk
The agent answers new Zendesk tickets, as a private draft for your team or as a direct reply. See Answer Zendesk tickets.
Salesforce
Replying to Salesforce cases is coming soon. Escalating chats into Salesforce cases works today; see the Salesforce guide.
Slack
Add the agent to your Slack workspace; mention it in a channel or message it directly and it answers in a thread. See the Slack guide.
WordPress
Download the Zetra Chat plugin with your agent already set up, then upload and activate it. See the WordPress guide.
Zapier
Start Zaps from Zetra events and ask your agent questions from any Zap, using Webhooks by Zapier. See the Zapier guide.
API
Direct REST access for your own apps or backend, with no widget involved. See the API reference for requests, responses, authentication and errors.
iOS and Android
There's no native Zetra SDK to install. Instead, the iOS app and Android app cards give you working code (Swift with URLSession, Kotlin with OkHttp) that calls the same REST endpoint as the API channel: a normal authenticated HTTP call.
